Step 1
Review Visa requirements below and decide if you need a single or multi-entry Visa.
Step 2
Get 2 official passport photos taken. Gather required documentation and proof of travel arrangements if booked out-side of TTC.
Step 3
To apply for select tourist visa below, please complete the visa application form and prepare your package to be shipped. *Make sure to include the required Visa documentation in your package.
VISA REQUIREMENTS:
Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in Ghana.
Permanent Residence card for non-US passport holders
Copy of Birth Certificate for children under the age of 18
2 Official Passport Photos (all travelers)
Hotel & Flight Confirmation (If you booked your accommodations with TTC we have your confirmations)
VISA PROCESSING TIME
Standard Embassy Processing - 21 Business Days, excluding Fridays and holidays. (available until October 1, 2024, onward express and priority shipping highly recommended)
Express Embassy Processing - 7 Business Days, excluding Fridays and holidays.
Priority Embassy Processing - 5 Business Days, excluding Fridays and holidays.
*Not including the transit time upon receipt of your documents or transit time of your return-documents. Your return shipping cost is only included with your VISA application.
EMBASSY OPERATES MON-THURS.
All Visa Applications are non-refundable.
WHICH TOURIST VISA TO SELECT?
MULTIPLE-ENTRY: Multiple entry visa is usually valid for 1-3 years. For travelers who wish to return to Ghana after one visit and/or travel outside of Ghana during their upcoming stay this December; we highly recommend a multi-entry Visa.
SINGLE ENTRY: Single Entry. One Visit. The single entry Ghana tourist visa is usually valid for three months from the date issued, for a stay not to exceed 30 days.
SHIPPING PROCESS
You are responsible for shipping your REQUIRED documents (physical passport, 2 official passport photos- see Visa requirements for more information) We suggest you ship via a trusted shipping carrier with tracking information. Please email Tribal Travel Club, mytribe@tribaltravelclub.com your order number, provide the carrier name and tracking number, hotel and flight confirmation, a photo copy of your passport picture page and copy of your thumbnail / passport photo. File type should be jpg or pdf. (If you booked your Flight & Hotel accommodations with TTC we have your confirmations no need to send). If you did not book with us we will need this information to process your VISA.
